Hydraulically operated workshop machine for the butt-welding of pipes and fittings in HDPE from 20" to 36" IPS, and 36" DIPS by order. CNC operation provides correct welding parameters, while on-board data logger is ideal for quality control.

Optional clamps allow the production of: Bends from 20" IPS to 36" IPS 90 degree equal tees and crosses 20" IPS to 36" IPS 45 and 60 degree branch tees 20" IPS to 36" IPS. Welding is performed at variable force.
