FIELD800 HYDRA

A hydraulically operated butt-welding machine suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings from 450 to 800mm OD. Provides welding of pipes and fittings from 450 to 800mm according to ISO 21307 SHP (& optional ASTM) The machine is the result of more than 60 consecutive years of direct involvement in the PE pipe industry, providing premium equipment for welding both on the work-site and in the factory. The use of virgin Aluminium castings and German hydraulic seals allows for lower weight without compromising strength and performance.

Operation is via our portable wired console. This machine comes with high quality hinged steel main clamps & hydraulic open/close & locking. Includes Remote Monitoring System for on-line assistance; PLC control of temperature; time and pressure; on-board data logging and the ability to weld between clamps 2 & 3 or 3 & 4 making this an exceptionally versatile machine.
