Weldpoly1400/54 provides an excellent and fast platform for welding HDPE pipes and fittings from 32" to 54", or alternatively 800mm to 1400mm. Operating to the requirements of ASTM F 2620-13, ISO 21307 and AS/NZ POP003 Single High Pressure Standards, this machine provides welding times half those of low pressure equipment. Thanks to compact and rugged design trench-welding is simplified, while relocation at ground-level is easily done. As standard, Weldpoly1400/54 provides CNC control of temperature, time and pressure, and integral data logging through tablet control, allowing the operator to move around the work site.

Reducing liners allow welding of 800, 900, 1000, 1200 and 1400mm OD or 32", 34", 36", 42" & 48" and 54" IPS HDPE pipe and fittings. Also available with hydraulic open/close/locking of main clamps in the Hydra version, Weldpoly54 LP allows you the opportunity to halve your welding times at a price you might just write-off in the first project.
