Butt-Welding Machine for PE Pipes 1200 to 2000mm

FIELD2000 TRENCH

A hydraulically operated butt-welding machine suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings from 1200mm to 2000mm OD. The standard machine welds at ISO 21307 Low Pressure, DVS 2207 and ANZ POP003 SLP, and has pressure, time and temperature PLC controlled, with on-board data logger. Manual open/close, hydraulic locking of main clamps.

Hydra option provides hydraulic open/close locking main clamps, while the HP option allows welding at ISO 21307 Low Pressure and ANZ POP003 SLP. CNC tablet control of temperature, time and pressure with 20,000+ data logging. Excellent design and construction provide a premium machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. Welding can be carried out between clamps 3 & 4 for tees, bends and manifold work. All hydraulics are located on the main welding frame.
