FIELD2000 HYDRA

A hydraulically operated butt-welding machine suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings from 1200mm to 2000mm OD. The machine is the result of more than 60 consecutive years of direct involvement in the PE pipe industry, providing premium equipment for welding both on the work-site and in the factory. The use of virgin Aluminium castings and German hydraulic seals allows for lower weight without compromising strength and performance.

Operation is via our portable wired console. This machine comes with high quality hinged steel main clamps & hydraulic open/close & locking. Includes Remote Monitoring System for on-line assistance; PLC control of temperature; time and pressure; on-board data logging and the ability to weld between clamps 2 & 3 or 3 & 4 making this an exceptionally versatile machine.

  • → Removable cast Aluminium electric facing tool with current overload protection.

  • → On-board electrohydraulic pump with controls, accumulator and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases.
